What the service is
Caramelito is a coordination platform: it connects reports, rescuers, and clinics. It does not provide veterinary care and does not guarantee that a report will be answered.
Responsible use
False reports, violent content, and harassment in chats are grounds for suspension. Moderation can hide flagged reports and suspend accounts.
Clinic responsibility
The clinic is responsible for the care it provides and for the accuracy of the records it files. The platform only carries and organises that information.
Listing on the map
The team confirms that an establishment exists before listing it, and can remove a listing with incorrect data or one that is not a veterinary establishment. A listing is not an endorsement of the quality of care and is not a recommendation. Position on the map cannot be bought, improved, or promoted with a payment.

These terms may change while the product is in development. Relevant changes are announced in the app and on this page.
